Apple Computer shares rallied 1 percent in pre-open trading. Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster reiterated his “outperform” rating and $100 price target on the stock ahead of the “Macworld” conference scheduled for Jan. 10 to Jan. 14, where the company is widely expected to unveil new products.

Beware: Peaks of bubbles are usually marked by at least one analyst making a wildly enthusiastic prediction of continued success. Remember “Dow 30,000”? The market tanked not long after that.
First of all, Apple is not a PC stock, nor will you find one that is in a growth mode. However, let’s see you get that PC stock and make a 100% profit in 12 months….
