Synnex Technology International yesterday announced it will bundle Apple’s online music player software, iTunes, with its Lemel notebooks and desktop PCs. Lemel is one of the leading brands in Taiwan’s Do-It-Yourself (DIY) desktop PC sector. Synnex’s principal activities are the wholesaling and distribution of computer parts, personal computer, computer peripheral and computer software. Other activities include the manufacture of wireless and car phone, mobile phone and spare parts. Synnex has its operations in Taiwan, Asia, Australia and Hong Kong.

Great name for a DIY computer, cross between lemon and dremel.
Now all that’s needed is a itunes music store for the Australasia region.
They should also think about trying to protect their customers by NOT bundling WinDoze on their PeeCees !!
Uh…who the hell is Synnex, and who cares?
Seems like the Asian markets are always getting bent out shape about some name given a product and how it translates into their language as something they find offensive. This Lemel name just seems odd to me.
