Apple shares set new 52-week high to close at $29.30 in heavy trading

Shares of Apple Computer (AAPL) closed up $2.66, or 9.98%, at $29.30 in heavy NASDAQ trading today of 31,226,323 share volume to set another new 52-week high. AAPL’s previous 52-week high was $28.37 set at market close on 04/05/2004.

    As many as you can sensibly afford with out mortgageing your house our spending more money than you can afford to loose if the shares loose all their value.

    Answer: when then shares have gone as high as you think they are going to go or you need the cash. Otherwise, as long as they remain worth more than you paid for them then hang on to the stocks as a long term investment.
