  1. Actually, I have to travel from NY to the Far East often and this battery pack is invaluable – my iPod never runs out and the extra size is fine on the plane and in the airport/hotel. It works very well.

  2. Actually I already have this product. Looking at the iPod battery time I got it just to be sure I didn’t run out of juice. However, in actualy practice I think I have only used it twice ever (about 8 months) The 8 hour playing time is more than sufficient 99% of the time. I think the only advantage really to a longer playing time would be that maybe you could only charge it up every few days rather than every day as I do now.
