We whole heartedly suggest you check out this revolutionary new website,” writes Andrew Wilkinson of MacTeens.com.
MacDailyNews Take: Perfect. It’ll probably last longer online than the first knockoff (BuyMusic.com) itself.
See for yourself: DontBuyMusic.com
Awesome stunt guys! Well done! But how dare you steal what they “rightfully” stole?!!! Buymusic.com sucks, thanks for the great parody!
They should make fun of the prices, too… songs up to $1.99, albums up to $14.99 and beyond!
Heh heh – looks like the real thing. But at least I can view the real thing by disabling javascript. How can I view the iTMS?
It’s not a great parody.
http://www.buymusicsucks.com
now, that’s a funny site.
Why does BuyMusic bump Mac users out?
If you go to their site with Safari you have to hit the stop icon before the page bumps you out. You can read theor home page fine but if you don’t it the stop buton they bump you to a “use Windows & IE” screen”.
Are they getting a kick-back from Microsoft?
HAh ahh ah hahah! I love it. I knew I making the switch to Mac was the smart thing to do!
