Final Cut Pro users to gather in New York City on July 17

The FCPUG Network which consists of over 25 Final Cut Pro User Groups from around the world will gather at the New Yorker Hotel in New York City, Thursday July 17 as part of the MacWorld/CreativePro festivities.

Scheduled to appear at this event will be Apple’s Brian Schmidt who will demo DVD Studio Pro 2. FCP Product Manager Paul Saconne will demo “What’s new and what you should know in FCP 4.” There will also be a very special guest showing clips from the soon to be released documentary “Frank Gehry,” plus Stump the Gurus, raffle, and plenty of time to ask questions, and get your problems solved.

This meeting will be open to the public on a first come first seated basis with doors opening at 5:00PM and the meeting starting promptly at 6:30PM.

There will be a $5.00 donation requested at the door and snacks and drinks will be available.
