Apple has lowered the price on its 12-inch AlBook and 15-inch TiBook PowerBooks. The models now start at US$1,599 for the AlBook and US$1,999 for the TiBook as shown on the home page of the Apple Store online.
The 12-inch Combo drive AlBook’s new price is US$1,599, a US$200 decrease, the 12-inch SuperDrive AlBook is now US$1,799, a US$200 decrease, the 15-inch Combo drive TiBook is now $1,999, a $300 decrease, and the 15-inch SuperDrive TiBook is now US$2,599, a $200 decrease. [Attribution: MacNN]
