Red Marble Games has released its own light-based title Aargon Deluxe for OS X. Aargon challenges players to control the direction of a beam of light in order to tag colored coins; “Your goal is to deflect colored laser beams through lots of optical tools – mirrors, beam splitters, refractors, color filters, polarizers, the list goes on and on – so that they hit colored coins and make them spin. Each tool has a different effect, so the fun of the game is in working out how to place the tools you have to get the beam where it needs to go.”
Red Marble Games also offers three expansion packs featuring more levels and pieces, and those who register for the full version will have access to a level editor. More info and links to a free demo here.
