Bare Bones Software has released an update to BBEdit, its text and HTML editor. The new version, 7.0.3, is available as a downloadable update from Bare Bones’ Web site.
Changes in BBEdit 7.0.3 include a preference option to control character set handling in HTML and XHTML documents. The interface has been refined and bug fixes have been made.
BBEdit enables Mac users to edit, search, transform and manipulate text. The software supports a multitude of general-purpose features for anyone who needs to manipulate text content, especially Web authors and software developers.
The 7.0.3 update is available free of charge to registered BBEdit 7.0 owners. The full version is US$179. More info and download link here.
