Michael Dell, spouse, trust sell 10 million shares of DELL

Dell Computer Chief Executive Michael Dell sold 4.16 million shares of stock in the personal computer company last Thursday, a U.S. regulatory filing Monday showed. The filing, which was made with the Securities and Exchange Commission, also showed that another 1.36 million shares were sold by his spouse while a trust for their children also sold 4.48 million shares.
