Many personal porn site are created on Macs. My mac has helped me download lots of internet porn. Quicktime is a popular format for online streaming/download video for porn already. Having porn in a format for the iPod is not going to tarnish Apple's good name.

Apple needs to be certain that porn of any kind is never available through iTMS. Even a regulated "adults only" area is out of the question. OK I realize that almost every video store has its "back room", but Apple needs to be above that.

Apple also needs to be extremely certain that some sick bastard doesn't try to sneak in a porn video podcast. All content needs to be screened better.

ITunes has parental controls built-in so it could be used to sell adult content. Then again, Apple goes out of its way to please the religious right; they took Kanye West's performance out of its Special Event video and they categorise Creationist podcasts under Science.

Anyway, porn is human nature, to have your platform embraced by it means that it has finially ben accepted into modern culture. I for one am very happy, I don't think the internet would have spread as widely if not for porn (I think I read somewhere that porn websited make up almost 60% of all websites on the internet).
