So, where are all the new TV shows on Apple’s iTunes Store?

Disney-ABC's "Lost," "Desperate Housewives," "Night Stalker," "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," and "That's So Raven." Five TV shows. That's what's available from Apple Computer's iTunes, besides seven Pixar shorts and a bunch of music videos.
Since October 12th, when Apple debuted the service with five TV shows, we've heard a lot about how Apple's "talking" with the likes of NBC, CBS, Fox, and others. Lot's of talk and no action. Yeah, they added one Pixar short and some more music videos since then, but, come on!
Yes, it's only been a short time since Apple's been doing this, but we're talking Internet Time here. I expected more content by now. So, where is it? What are we supposed to do, keep making our own using highly inefficient third-party ripping applications?
We've seen lots of action elsewhere from NBC, CBS, Direct TV, Comcast, TiVo, and others, but nothing from Apple. This has me concerned. It seems, on the face of things, and maybe behind the scenes, that video content providers are intentionally trying to avoid turning Apple into the dominant purveyor of online video content, as the music industry unwittingly did with audio content. And what about that name, "iTunes Music Store?" Time for a change? Maybe not.
Where on iTunes are U.S. shows like "The Office, "My Name is Earl," "The Daily Show," "Late Night with David Letterman," "South Park," The Family Guy," "Battlestar Galactica," "The Amazing Race," "Survivor," "Boston Legal," "Arrested Development," and all the rest? I and many others are waiting to buy them, so, what's going on? From what I can see, nothing much.
What about you? Did you expect more content by now? Am I jumping the gun and it's too early to worry? Are content providers deliberately trying to avoid Apple? What shows would you like to see available via iTunes? And why aren't Disney-ABC, at least, opening up the floodgates even a little bit? I'll take ABC's "Grey's Anatomy," for a start, at least.
