Acutally, no they didn't.. Most analysts have been fairly bullish on the iPad..

I'm not getting one because Billy Gates tells me I need to use a pen, or a keyboard or voice, with my touch to make it useful and to be honest as he has never said when I do which I will have to wait for his second sermon from Mount Lala to enlighten me.

This sort of rumor will be considered "over-exaggerated hype" by those that believe the iPad will fail because of hardware shortcomings and lack of Flash support. The naysayers will never believe that the iPad will actually sell in huge numbers. You watch over the next few days how this overwhelming iPad pre-order story will be dissected and de-bunked instead of just being ignored.
