Throughout human history it has been unfortunate times for the majority of mankind. The proportion of that being caused by porn is rather miniscule, I would imagine. Not that I condone it.

Porn is a stimulas to assist in the biological need for physical release.

Humans have survived for millions of years without the need for religion telling them how to conduct the biological need to procreate.

This is why the church is against even mentioning sex or sex related issues, it's the only competition they have from fully controlling your mind. Porn is bad, masterbation is evil and your going to hell after you go blind first, they say.

Well the truth is our minds are fully controlled by the preoccupation with sex and procreation.

Take for instance the young man's need to "hit the road" and face challenges and move around. This is subconcious need caused by millions of years of evolution, to spead one's genetical material around to insure survival of the human race.

Another example is the womans need to pretty herself up, make a nice home or nest and provide stability. She's naturally preparing herself for the long stint of motherhood.

Why do people need to get drunk to screw? To put blinders on their concious mind and let the subconcious take over.

The list goes on, but we all are preoccupied with proceation. Men sizing up women, women sizing up men.
