Apple launches online store with 10 percent discount for active U.S. Military, National Guard, Reserve and veterans

“Just in time for holiday shopping, Apple announced the launch of an online store offering a 10 percent discount of all products for active military and veterans,” Brian Heater reports for TechCrunch.

“Like your standard discount, the page features an opt-in,” Heater reports. “From there it will redirect to a store page, featuring the company’s current product lineup.”

  1. This is greatly appreciated. Thanks Apple. Despite already buying the Homepods, AirPods, new iPhone XR and X S Max so far this year, maybe I can still save a little on some gifts.

  2. I served in the Navy in the late ’60’s and have appreciated Apple’s discount on computers for some time. This news release is even better news because the wife and daughter is buying me an Watch for Christmas.

    For those who wish it had been more, there was a great news story the other day re Bono’s Product (RED) having raised and contributed $600 Million for HIV/AIDS medicine in Africa. Just as impressive is Apple having contributed $200 million of the total. Made the decision to go Product (RED) in future buys.
