I’ve used it for years but I’m breaking my habit. Its just such a waste. I am trying to get off this VERY expensive upgrade train and going to bootcamp. Every year they want another $50 bucks while it eats up more and more of my precious SSD space and time trying to diagnose problems and install never ending patches to Windoze and Parallels. Damn you Excel and Visio! Don’t get on this train unless you MUST.
@TominTulsa… How will your precious SSD space be better optimized using bootcamp? If you actually use Excel and Visio on a regular basis then dual booting would be an absolute nightmare! You don’t have to upgrade every year… I generally do every other year… If I really wanted to save even the upgrade money every other year, I would just use VirtualBox, from Oracle (formerly from Sun Microsystems).
@johnapplec…you don’t lose any discounted rate only upgrading every other year? That may be the way to go. And not sure about Visio, but am I missing something where the macOS version of Excel isn’t sufficient?
