    1. …and also Assistant to the Manager for the V.P of Audible Woo-Hoo was at top of their game.

I’m so impressed they can still do the Apple catcall with as much verve as when Apple made HUUUUGE announcements.

    2. I have always been aware of forced and timed hand crapping, particularly around front few rows. Somebody behind the stage must be signalling when to applaud. It was obvious. I understand it’s all about the “production” but it’s also an ugly turn-off, and a childish idea. Apple should not have to do that. They should try to induce spontaneous applause.
Also, as far as I remember, Jobs, seldom, if ever (actually never) looked down to see prompter screens like Tim does constantly. Jobs knew what he was talking about and what to tell and excite the audience. He was indeed an excellent speaker and a showman.

  1. Nice new watch. Unlikely to upgrade my Series 3.

Very ‘meh’ phone upgrades. Shoulda dropped the X(s) to $899 & let the X(s) Max take the $999 spot. Thinking of holding onto my 8+ for another year.

I’m not impressed. I didn’t even get the impression the Apple folks are impressed with the new phones.
