Apple today released iOS 11.3.1 (Build 15E302).
iOS 11.3.1 improves the security of your iPhone or iPad and addresses an issue where touch input was unresponsive on some iPhone 8 devices because they were serviced with non-genuine replacement displays.

FYI: There was also a strange update for Safari 11.1. It increments the ‘build number’ and patches two WebKit security holes. I’ve never seen Apple release two public version updates with exactly the same version number:
