We did. Well, to be clear, we preordered our Apple Watch Nike+ Series 3 and Apple TV 4K units without a hitch. We’re waiting for iPhone X, so we’ve passed on iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.

4K Apple TV 64g – I ordered at about 12:10am. It’s expected to be delivered on day 1. I used the App with no issues. I see this morning there’s a 2-3 week ship date now.

Ordered without a hitch. Watch 3 coming Sept. 25 and the Apple TV 4K arrives in 2-3 weeks. Not able to order the iPhone X yet.
I ordered the Nike+ GPS/LTE watch. It will be shipped on October 6.
4K Apple TV will be shipped on September 22nd.
I finally got my iPhone 8 this morning @8am. All systems were jacked up! I’ll still get it on the 21st. Per ATT’s order status. Actually had to chat with customer support because the automated system kept rejecting my cc
In U.K. and ordered at 8.01 an iPhone 8 64gb for delivery on 22nd September. No problem.
I used the Apple Store app on my phone. I created a “favorites” of exactly what i wanted the day before. Got up at 2:01am central, store was down until 2:04. Loaded my order from my favorites, boom, done, slick, easy.
Really hope it arrives on Friday the 22nd, I leave for an eight day trip on Saturday.
How do you create a “favorite” with the Apple Store App???

Yep, using the Apple Store app on my phone at about 12:20 PDT. Gray ceramic Watch and three new ATV 64gb units. Ordered without a hitch. Will order the X when that opens up.
I ordered 2 Apple Watches (silver aluminum
and black stainless) and 64 G Apple TV. Watches will arrive The 22nd TV the next week.
I have to wait until Melvin wires me the money to order anything.
Ordered my wife’s 8+ 256 Grey (apple upgrade program). Hands down the easiest, smoothest order experience I’ve had for any iphone. Did the pre-auth a few days ago, woke up at 5am EST clicked two buttons and I was done. Getting it day 1. Hope hope hope, ordering my X will go as smooth.

I really think Apple misjudged how many people would order the iPhone X. I mean how many people are going to order older tech to save a couple hundred over the life of a phone. There will be a sick waiting list for the iPhone X. I’m waiting already.
Still thinking I might stick with my 6s plus until next year. The thing holding me back from the iPhone X is the “don’t be a beta tester” thought about Apple’s first oled iPhone.
I have noticed that every Apple store in my area has the 22nd for pick-up still available.
Ordered an Apple Watch and Apple TV’s a 1:00 AM over the internet at Apple’s site with no problem at all. Apple TV due the 22nd and the Apple Watch the second or third week in October. Then went to bed.
Ok i said i would not buy another apple tv after the last one but yeah i did. Arrives in two weeks. Ordering the dmaller nike cell for wifey and larger stainless for me. Dang it they got me again. Cannot wait!
Ordered my Space Grey 256G iPhone 8 a few minutes past midnight here in western Canada. No issues or delays with ordering via the app on my soon-to-be-replaced iPhone 6. My estimated delivery date is Monday the 25th. I’m planning to upgrade my watch, but I’ll wait until the initial rush has passed and Telus is on board.
I left Telus and jumped on board with Bell because I couldn’t wait.

Dang. I thought they went on sale Friday @ midnight… Doh! [I know that midnight on Thursday is technically “Friday,” but…] Apple already has a 3+ week wait now. 🙁
Thanks to the tips here, I ordered one at B & H and hopefully they can best that delivery time. Finger’s crossed! Really want the new watch and will wait on iPhone X making sure I mark the correct “midnight.” [sigh]
Not sure who will rush to by iPhone 8… Seems like it’s only feature is that it’s cheaper?…

I tried to order an Apple Watch from Verizon at 3:00AM. I should have known better, Verizon — who just sent me an e-mail yesterday saying I can upgrade my iPhone now — said I didn’t have an iPhone when I tried to buy the watch.
So I went to Apple and ordered it, like I should have done to begin with, and I should have it next Friday.
Yes, an AW3+cellular, to replace an AW1; and a AppleTV4k to add to my other AppleTV. Didn’t get an iPhone8 since I’m waiting for the iPhoneX.
