Apple updates Logic Pro X

“Apple today updated its professional audio editing software Logic Pro X to version 10.3.2, introducing bug fixes, performance improvements, and a couple of new features,” Juli Clover reports for MacRumors.

“Today’s update brings three new Drummers able to play percussion in the styles of Pop, Songwriter, and Latin, and the new Drummer loops can be added to songs and customized with performance controls,” Clover reports.

“Apple has also improved the responsiveness of the graphical user interface, introduced an automatic time align feature for improved morphing in Alchemy, and debuted new tools for fine tuning the pitch of an audio region,” Clover reports. “Apple has also updated Logic Pro X companion app MainStage 3 with stability and performance improvements.”

  1. Now if they can get mainstage together.

That program is embarrassingly buggy and glitchy. I was having a lot of difficulties with it today in fact!

    :/

I miss the Apple of Steve who said get it together or get out. Mr. Cook just lets people get away with more stuff apparently.

  2. Wow! It appears that they finally fixed “Scroll in Play.” It used to have trouble keeping up. It would jump around so much, it was near impossible to read the music while it played (e.g. using displayed music to play along).

This is really the only app that keeps me from moving to Windows and, for the longest time, it hasn’t been working right. I’m extremely happy to see this working. Life is good.
