Apple Music executive Bozoma Saint John to leave Apple

“Bozoma Saint John, the Apple executive who garnered significant attention for her demo at last year’s worldwide developer conference, plans to leave the company,” Ina Fried reports for Axios.

“Saint John was head of Global Consumer Marketing for Apple Music (and predecessor Beats Music),” Fried reports.

Fried reports, “Her exit also comes shortly after Apple shifted former HR head Denise Young Smith to a new role as VP of diversity and inclusion.”

        1. Deann bottvinnik Clark has the emotional age of 13 and the intelligence to match. Being the unemployed (he would claim retired) dinosaur he is he has plenty of time to watch Honeymooners and Lucy reruns. Both are more logical than Mr I Hate Everything and Everyone Clark.

  1. ” VP of diversity and inclusion.” That’s just precious.

How about a “VP of finding the best talent regardless of race or gender?”

Or, how about a “VP of finding someone who can build a new MacPro?”

Or, how about a “VP of keeping pipeline Tim in the office instead of on boards and committees of other companies?”

  2. I’ll miss her. She was the hottest thing ever on stage at an Apple Keynote and kept me from having to tolerate an extra 10 minutes of Eddy Cue’s bumbling.
