Apple will stream WWDC17 Keynote Address live on June 5th at 10am PDT

Apple will stream their WWDC17 Keynote Address live on June 5th at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT.

As usual, we plan to cover the Keynote Address with live notes on the 5th.

Live streaming uses Apple’s HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology. HLS requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with Safari on iOS 7.0 or later, a Mac with Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X v10.8.5 or later, or aa crappy PC with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Streaming via Apple TV requires an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation) with software 6.2 or later or an Apple TV (4th generation).

On June 5th, Apple’s live stream will be here:

  1. More info on the new Mac Pro please Tim, Phil or Craig. (Not that it’s been that long since they started it 4 years late.) And please don’t say “We care deeply about the pro market & desktop Macs” because if you truly had we wouldn’t be in this current catching-up pickle.

    1. They don’t HAVE to make anything for the Pro market. Look, they’ve done NADT for the last 4 years and Pro’s are STILL waiting.

Actually, no they did nothing AND THEN said “We’re not doing another damn thing for the next two years, and we STILL know you’ll wait.”

      Bite my shiny metal pipeline!

    1. What else can people expect? I really don’t expect Apple to announce anything that Apple couldn’t years ago. Just lower your expectations, you’ll feel better. I certainly won’t be watching with bated breath, I’d rather read the reviews and console myself with what might have been.
