How Apple’s iPhone 7 will improve your travel life

“The tech world stood still on Wednesday as Apple unveiled the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Except for the missing headphone jack, the phone doesn’t look wildly different,” Brittany Jones-Cooper writes for Yahoo Finance. “Still, there are some product improvements and new features that will certainly make the phone more convenient for consumers.”

“One area where the iPhone 7 will have a huge impact is travel,” Jones-Cooper writes. “From an extended battery life to an improved camera, here are some features of the new gadget – available for purchase on Sept. 16 – that will make your next trip easier.”

• Water resistant (iPhone 7 can withstand immersion in water to one meter, or 3.3 feet, for 30 minutes)
• Use Siri to book travel
• Book travel through Apple Maps
• Longer battery life
• Take more beautiful images
• Apple Pay available in more countries
