“The piece quoted FOSS Patent‘s Florian Mueller to the effect that Apple was ‘looking for a face-saving exit strategy from Steve Jobs’ thermonuclear ambitions,'” P.E.D. reports. “On Tuesday, the Korea Times took it all back.”
P.E.D. reports, “Samsung was agreeable to settlement talks, it reported, but not Apple.”

This is EXACTLY the copy and steal mind set that pervades all of Korea. In this case the Korean Times copied from the “Google and Apple Dismiss all Law Suites” (even though they did NOT) and applied this mistaken idea to create an Apple/Samsung story along the same lines. The saddest part in all of this is how Florian Muller seems to have influenced this. He is a low life “mullah driven” asshole lower than even the Gassies of this world.

Florian, you have lost yourself.
It is difficult to go thermonuclear with our US Federal Justice System and, in particular, with Judge Judy Koh. Yet fission may well be possible at the Appeals Court level, as these judges seem to know what they are doing. In the meantime, Apple is bleeding Samsung to death. It may be a slower process, but in the end, it is the same result.
