  1. Obviously not earning enough money, they’re looking for a fat paycheck for doing bugger-all, it seems.
If they’re a world-leader, how come I’ve never heard of them?

  2. “The suits identify Apple’s infringing products and services as including iOS mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod), Apple TV, App Store, and OS X-based personal computers.” or just about everything Apple sells.

    Sounds fishy to me.

  3. “The company’s software enables advanced program guides, video-on-demand, personal video recording, interactive and addressable advertising and a variety of enhanced television applications.”

Apple’s stuff can’t do any of that (by itself), so what are they suing for? Maybe they are getting the jump on the next Apple TV.
