Apple today released Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5621 and Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5640.
Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5621 contains the Windows Support Software (Windows Drivers) you need to support 64 bit versions of Windows 7 and Windows 8 on your Mac.

• The download file is a .zip file. Double click it to uncompress it, if it is not automatically uncompressed.
• Double-click the Boot Camp5 folder.
• Copy the entire contents of the .zip file to the root level of a USB flash drive or hard drive that is formatted with the FAT file system
• When running Windows, locate the Boot Camp folder on the USB media you created in Step 3 and double click to open it.
• Double click on setup to start installing the Boot Camp Support Software.
• When prompted to allow changes, click on Yes and follow the onscreen instructions.
• Installation can take a few minutes. Don’t interrupt the installation process. When installation is complete, click Finish in the dialog that appears.
• A system restart dialog box appears. Click Yes to complete the installation.

It seems line 5 and line 7 are the SAME model!
Is this an error?
You can never have too much iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013). 😉
This is good news because I had a lot of issues with the previous version. I also agree with “The Other Steve”, it is quite annoying
Maybe this is why Windows 8.1 has been telling me an update was available for BootCamp for a few days now (even though one wasn’t apparently available)?
It would be nice if they listed them by rev number. i.e. I have a Harpertown 3,1 MacPro. I dunno, since I bought it used, whether it’s late 2008 or early 2009.
I just downloaded the driver pack last night and tried to install them in Windows 7 Pro. Got blue screen. I reinstalled Windows and just installed the Realtek Audio driver and the Mac keyboard driver and it seems to be working. My advice is to only install the drivers that you need, no the whole lot.
Go to the Apple Menu, About this mac, then More Info. It states what vintage the mac is. Mine says “Mac Pro Late 2013” for example. My iMac says “Mid 2010”
