Woman’s breast implant explodes after playing game for 4 straight hours on Apple iPhone

“A Chinese woman’s breast implant ruptured after lying on her stomach for four hours playing a game on her phone,” The Daily Mail reports.

“According to Chinese news reports, the woman from Beijing had been playing the game in bed when she felt a pain in her chest,” The Daily Mail reports. “She was taken to hospital and SZNews reports that a doctor said the low quality of the implant, combined with the pressure of lying on it for an extended period of time, had caused the rupture.”

    1. Going OT: If you see someone using statistical correlation, you know they’re desperate to prove something, anything. My favorite inference from correlation is that a lot of relevant data is missing from the analysis. That’s about all it’s worth. Back to the drawing board.

  1. So the rupture has nothing to do with an iPhone. Only pressure on a cheap implant.

I’m now waiting for some story about how the iPhone causes breast cancer.

    1. iPhone & iPad games are addictive. She will sue that games on iOS are addictive and she couldn’t put it down! She wants implant replacement & 1 million dollars.

  2. First I thought, “wow! I didn’t know breasts could play on iPhones.” But then after reading the article it just met the woman was too fat and heavy to lay on her stomach.

  3. Why do these things seem to only happen in China? Normally when you feel chest pain it is a heart attack, now I have check my chest for an exploding implant. Not really an iPhone story, beside what game was she playing?
