“A U.S. appeals court on Monday rejected Apple Inc’s request to fast track its bid for a sales ban on several Samsung Electronics Co Ltd phones, ruling the iPhone maker could not argue its case to the full appeals court right away,” Dan Levine reports for Reuters.
“In its ruling on Monday, the Federal U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., said a three-judge panel will first consider Apple’s appeal, and the full appeals court would not decide whether to hear the case until after that,” Levine reports. “The Federal Circuit ruling on Monday allows Samsung to keep its products on store shelves while Apple’s appeal proceeds on a slower pace.”

It’s SHAMEFUL what the US Courts are doing to Apple.
I see Samsung’s money lining certain pockets here. This reeks of corruption.
Is it possible that a Korean judge is on this case?
Did the mole get this done?
just admit it, all apple fanboys, and morons. the game is over. apple lost. US court doesn’t want apple to monopolize the market. Samsung didn’t copy apple. who said that? it was something that apple felt crisis at that time if they didn’t do anything. they will be behind Samsung. that’s why they did sue. overall, this lawsuit was stupid in the history. now, apple should show what innovation will be. but I don’t think that apple will create another market for success after Steve Jobs. there is no brain power in apple anymore. Johnathan Ive? come on. he is just industrial designer. he doesn’t know about program, ios, anything else. apple era is gone. period.
Your an idiot. Period!
