“A Dutch court, citing previous decisions in British courts, has ruled that some Samsung Electronics Galaxy tablets do not infringe an Apple design,” Sara Webb reports for Reuters.
“Wednesday’s ruling by a district court in The Hague concerned the rounded corners of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1, Galaxy Tab 8.9, and Galaxy Tab 7.7,” Webb reports.

Corners are not round. They are radiuses
Radii.
Did that came from the Dutch court or the douche court?
Neither, it came out of the British court.
A git court.
I’m not surprised TBH. There are some ludicrous patents being granted, some to Apple. Samsung and Google have infringed on far more important aspects of Apple’s design than this one. The entire patent system needs redefining for everyone’s benefit IMO.
