“IF” he knows what the next Apple TV thing is and bought stock, that is the definition of insider trading as the next Apple TV thingy is not public knowledge. Let the lawsuits begin in 3… 2… 1…

I would read into this that a large part of Disney is content. Obviously he knows about any deal that Apple would have made with content owners and any distribution of media in the future.
In other words, he may know what the new Apple TV thing is or will be and believes Apple will reap some of the rewards as well as Disney. Two stock I own and have owned for several years now and both have returned a great deal to my net worth.
