Apple has debuted two new television commercials on U.S. broadcast and cable networks that feature their flagship smartphone, iPhone 5.
“Turkey” focuses on iPhone 5’s rather excellent built-in camera and one of iOS 6’s nicer new features: Shared Photo Streams. If you haven’t used it yet, give it a try!
In their “Orchestra” spot, Apple explains that even when the world gets noisy, iPhone 5 with noise canceling technology lets you experience better sounding phone calls.
MacDailyNews Take: Nice and simple, and to the point. Perfect.
Thanks to MDN for informing us of these ads. That’s what got me started. Now I’ve assembled 485 Apple TV ads on my YouTube channel. It’s a must see for all the fanboys!

Wow James. That’s an amazing collection of Apple ads – new and vintage. Thanks for sharing!
+1. Found some stuff I’ve been looking for years. Kudos!
The turkey ad is really aimed at maps & Siri, because you know, they’re both turkeys.
No no, it’s about at the antenna in the iphone 4 because that was a turkey… oh wait… it’s really about the onscreen keyboard of the iPhone because that is such a turkey.
Yeah that’s it…. my buddy ballmer says so.

Oops sorry for the messy URL, it was supposed to display inline.
And you are a nut.
Jeff Daniels? I’m totally digging ‘The Newsroom’ right now. Even if they’ve got a product placement deal with RIM.
Actually, I just realized its because of an MDN article (on Aaron Sorkin writing those Steve Jobs product launch films) that I’m watching The Newsroom.
Excellent !!!
I’ve had a 4s for eleven months. Is it worthwhile to upgrade to the 5?
Not if you have the iPad mini. Gorgeous, gorgeous ‘replacement’ for the iPhone 5, as it were. Bigger screen, larger dimensions, but still extremely portable. Team it with your iPhone 4S via Bluetooth hotspot and wait for the iPhone 5S/6.
I do have the iPad mini and it has become my go to Mac device. Good point on the hotspot, I’ll check into it. Thanks BLN! Everyone, including you trolls out there, have a great Thanksgiving and do not forget to take a nap.
Wow, an actual iPhone ad about a product feature! Nice to see.
Agreed. I especially like the orchestra one as it points out an extremely useful feature that 99% of people probably don’t even know that the iPhone has.
Mmm pie..
