“The ruling by U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul Grewal in San Jose, California, was the latest development in a continuing legal war by Apple against manufacturers like Samsung whose products use Google Inc’s Android software,” Raymond reports. “The case is one of two patent infringement lawsuits pending in the U.S. District Court in San Jose by Apple against Samsung. I guess I am just stupid because I can look at Android and see it is a copy of IOS…. and knowing that Eric Schmidt was CEO of Google while seving on Apple’s board and miraculously switched the direction of Googles upcomong Blackberry OS clone immediately after being privy to Apple’s new OS….is all just coincidence ….uh huh….
Seems like Apple would have been better served going after Google right from the start.
This is the first instance I can remember of Apple taking on a android OS. Go Apple!
Why won’t Apple just attack Google ?
They are the ones who create Android !!
