It’s not closing high, just the all-time intraday
closed at 691.28. That’s new closing high.
So, they closed today at $691.28 and set an intra-day high of $685.50. At least we don’t think today is the 8th of September. Someone should edit these posts, really.
Good catch.
MDN: “Apple’s all-time intraday high is $685.50, also set during trading today. Apple’s 52-week low stands at $354.24.”
$685.50?
Whoopsie! 🙂
No, it’s 696.98
Day’s Range: 687.89 – 696.98
Correct!
I made the same mistake.
Another $100 Billion and Apple’s market cap will be greater than #3, 4 & 5 combined. Surreal.
And, they could buy Intel with just the cash on hand.
Wow!
1 Apple = 2.5 Microsofts. I never thought I’d see the day. It wasn’t that long ago that Apple didn’t even sell a million Macs in a whole year.
This never gets old.
The first new closing high since yesterday, and the first new intraday day also since yesterday.
Keep it coming, Tim!
Correction… Intraday High is 696.98
Good Job Tim!! Good Job!
Intraday high is wrong. Correct figure is: 696.98
Next landmark is AAPL > XOM + MSFT. I wonder how long that will take?

Good to see RNWK holding steady @ $0.28B

A roll out for the history books – ladies and gentlemen:
Tim Cook
I think we need to start watching the “How many times larger in worth is Apple compared to Microsoft” similar to what MDN has done with Dell over the years. Currently, Apple is worth 2.48x that of Microsoft. Very noteworthy when considering Apple over took Microsoft in June 2010. So a little more than 2 years later Apple is worth 2.48x more than Microsoft.
