And its hypocritical to be so prim and proper all of a sudden. If Samsung suggested some insane settlement, and the Apple lawyers suggested that they must be smoking crack to think they would accept something so ridiculous there would be applause here from the very same who are holding their nose up now.. Applause, I say.

Maybe it’s a regional thing? I’m born and raised in Cupertino and the bay area where the court resides. Suggesting someone is smoking crack is about as racy as suggesting “you are nuts”
