Not to be misunderstood, I was not defending google I think they are a bunch of thieving bashtards as well. Only that smasung has done both hardware AND software copying.

Not really, actually some of the documents that surfaces in this bout battle point to google warning samsung that some of the extra software additions that samsung made to google basic OS were too close to apple’s iOS.
Even google knew that samsung had not only overstepped copping the hardware but also the software look and feel.

From what I’ve read about this case so far is that Google has steered Samsung in the wrong directions. They’ve been blowing it all over the place. Everything points to what Apple and everyone else knows already, Samsung is a copycat!
