More alleged iPhone 5 parts leak out of China; new photo again shows new nano SIM

“According to a new report from French publication Nowhereelse.fe and Chinese forum iColorOS, more sixth-generation iPhone parts have surfaced from China,” Jake Smith reports for 9to5Mac.

“We now have a look at the alleged glass front, home button, sensors, volume control buttons, and the protection element placed on the back of the phone screen that may appear in the next iPhone,” Smith reports. “The leak also adds a bit more validity to a report earlier this week that showed a new nano-SIM card and smaller home buttons for the device.”

Smith reports, “Apple is rumored to announce the device at a September 12 press event in California along with the iPad Mini, with a September 21 launch happening shortly after.”

  1. What? No sim, just a tray and frankly no proof this isn’t bogus parts… How does a secret submarine hide it’s self, once discovered and wants to remain hidden? They launch a torpedo tub filled with debris, you know all kinds of parts, clothes, trash.

    1. What would a SIM prove, exactly? Judging by the detail in these photos, if they’re fabricated fakes, then doing a SIM would be simple. (See what I did there?)
I see no reason to believe these are bogus, genuine iP4 parts surfaced around this time before the phone’s release, and 4s.
