The fucking judges (Posner and that Aussie Cow) don’t want to do any work because it hurts their brain. What’s a company to do when billions of its market is stolen by copying so blatantly obvious.

Why are patents being granted if they cannot be upheld in a court by these boneheaded lazy judges? How does one get justice if they simply brush it off as “ridiculous” or some other characterization?

Seems to me that the law IS an Ass the world over.
