UPS, in addition to being one of the world’s top delivery companies, is also is the world’s largest [customs] brokerage firm, which means that they assist big companies with their shipments that come for overseas and handle their accounts as well as helping customs,” Nace reports. “Basically anything that you order that comes from overseas goes through UPS brokerage firm and then onto customs and then finally to your door.”
Nace reports, “I asked her repeatedly about how she said she was ‘not at liberty to say’ what the Apple documents revealed to her, seeking clarification as to whether she really meant that she ‘cannot say’ because she is not sure. However, she reiterated that, ‘she is not at liberty to say,’ and repeated that the documents she has worked on reveal something other than new MacBooks or tablets.”

If “you’re not at liberty to say”, that means you know, but aren’t allowed to tell. To go on to say “I’m positive it’s not MacBooks or iPads” is just stupid. You know what it is; of course you’re “positive”.

For all she knows it could be increases paperwork from the new iPads coming in from Brazil. Apple has not shipped stuff in from that country before so of course it would lead to more paperwork.
