Good thing Apple has a humungous war chest, so they can litigate patent trolls forever, if need be, and still not have their innovative energies sapped.

I find it interesting that the suit was launched more than a week before an actual example of the device purporting to violate their patent was even available to the public.
So, how is it that they actually “know” there’s a violation?
Are they suing verizon, AT&T, Samsung or anyone else with 4G embedded?? If not, they need to go away and shut the hell up.
Funny, I don’t remember any of these lawsuits against all the 4G Android phones. Hmmmmm…….

Isn’t it amazing how much fear Apple has caused the entire industry? One little company that did the right thing, build the best products for their customers are now targeted by just about everyone. Yet for years, they never sued any of the other big players making billions in the mobile/portable/gaming industry.
How can Apple be sued for infringing 4G patents when it really isn’t 4G? Case closed.
Since apple is only a consumer of the 4G LTE and the wireless networks are the providers it makes more sense to sue the provider of a technology rather than the consumer of it.
