According Wikipedia, Acacia Research Corporation has adopted the business model known as patent trolling.”

MacDailyNews Take: FRANDelicious! Can the legal system get a handle on FRAND patents and royalties due and patent trolls, please! What a collosal waste of time, energy and money. Good thing Apple has a humungous war chest, so they can litigate patent trolls forever, if need be, and still not have their innovative energies sapped.
