Infographic World has created an infographic that covers “The Life and Times of Steve Jobs.”
Subtitled, “Farewell to a Genius; a look back on the life and times of Steve Jobs, the man who strived to make a dent in the universe,” the graphic spans 1955, Jobs’ birth year, to October 5, 2011, the date of Jobs’ passing.
The graphic contains interesting numbers, including the fact that 69% of Apple’s revenues come from product categories that Apple has invented in the past 10 years.
[Thanks to MacDailyNews Reader “Bob Ruts / @bobruts” for the heads up.]
This is one of those “infographics” that is really just a pretty picture surrounded by a story broken up as a bunch of captions. Gives real infographics a bad name.
True. Edward Tufte would be aghast.
18 billion (with a “b”) songs in their iTunes Store Library?
18b SOLD
No, 18 billions songs on iTunes. This includes songs in other countries not available in the U.S.
Not sure what the sold number is up to now.
15 BILLION SONGS SOLD
TLDR.
JERK.
