What’s this all about?
Apple should buy EA and Ubisoft and force them to publish for their new console Macbox
I hope these morons get shut down with impunity.
What would be the consequences if ‘Lodsys’ and associates disappeared like Jimmie Hoffa?
Wouldn’t that make this complaint go away?
Just asking?

I just want to know wtf apple is doing about it. How about using 1billion to litigate them into oblivion?
That was over a month ago. Meanwhile, little developers are being forced to sign an agreement with this patent troll or enter costly litigation.
Hey Lodsys’s CEO, you should really start to pay extra attention to your surrounding when you leave home, turn on your car, put out garbage at night… etc. “We” certainly do not want any bad thing happen to you and your love one.
LMAO…. I was thinking something similar but not so nice.
Time to set up the slingshot and lob a couple birds Lodsys’ way.
Unleash the Mighty Eagle!!
=:~)
Lodsys will get what’s coming to it. Don’t forget that many large companies have filed declaratory judgment actions against Lodsys as well.
I am no legal eagle, but could not Apple sue Lodsys for doing damage to their App Store business model with their unjustified claims against the developers?
Lodsys is a pimple on the ass of progress
