You are absolutely correct. The problem with most Americans though, is that they’re usually too stupid and lazy to think for themselves or are easily bullied into a partisan way of thinking. There are too many “anti” people and not many “pro”, that is to say, people don’t know what they like, they only know what they don’t like… i.e. haters.

To be fair, you have to be liberal enough to look at and consider a situation from all sides, and conservative enough to stand for the one you believe to be right.

Most of the morons who use words like, “liberal”, and “conservative” to vilify or insult others would be better off with a lobotomy … er, well actually the rest of us would be better off if they got one.

Having said all of that, I mostly disagree with Rush Limbaugh on a lot of topics, however, he’s a fairly intelligent person and somewhat entertaining. He’s the polar opposite of someone like John Stewart.

Is Rush perfect? No. But neither are many of the liberal idols like Clinton, Gore, etc. I am conservative but don’t listen to him that much. While I generally agree with him I just don’t like his bombastic style. Liberals love to whine about how hateful, mean, etc. he is, but listening to MSNBC or the late Air America, I heard much, much worse. If it’s a liberal talking heads spouting vile, it’s just fine, but when Rush says something, they go ballistic. Although I doubt many of them have really listened to him. But they just know he’s an a-hole. I swear, liberals are some of the most intolerant and hateful people around. It’s just not healthy to be that negative.
