According to an Associated Press report, a federal judge in Delaware has agreed to put on hold a patent dispute between Apple Inc. and Nokia pending resolution of their competing claims before the International Trade Commission (ITC).
On Wednesday, the judge signed an order staying litigation in a lawsuit in which Nokia claims that Apple is infringing on seven Nokia patents in products ranging from iPhone to Macintosh computers.
The judge’s order also covers counterclaims in which Apple alleges that Nokia has infringed on nine Apple patents that are the subject of an ITC complaint by Apple.

Apple has 40 billion in cash.

Oooh, I love it!! Sort of a purgatory for litigation it would appear.
ITC “international” isn’t international at all. It is a pure local north american only institution. Their decisions have no value on an International (planetarian) level. So Nokia might have some trouble in USA, but nowhere else.
Wow,
This is not happening in f’ng Texas ?
Well, carnage may well ensue,
fun, fun, fun !
Steve was in the desert when Apple
got it’s ass handed back last time……
