swoon dot net software has released Safari 4 Buddy, a free Mac OS X utility that enables the ability to change several hidden preferences in the Safari 4 Public Beta web browser, such as: moving the Tab Bar, reverting the Progress Style indicator, disabling Google Suggest and Top Sites and more.

Safari 4 Buddy is a simple GUI front end for several Terminal command that many of us have been using since the release of Safai 4 Public Beta.

MacDailyNews Note: As with the Terminal command, after changing the “Use Progress Style Load Indicator” to “No” with Safari 4 Buddy and restarting Safari for the changes to take effect, go to View>Customize Toolbar and you will find the newly enabled “Stop/Reload” button for your Toolbar.
