“The judgement in the Apple versus Apple case will take place on Monday May 8 at 10.30am. Justice Edward Mann has been deliberating on the case since before Easter. At the ruling he will reveal if he has decided to grant an injunction barring Apple Computer from using its logo within iTunes,” Karen Haslam reports for Macworld UK.

If this is purely about the logo (I know, I know, there is significant history behind this lawsuit, but I’ve never seen it reduced to just the logo issue in an article before), then Apple should win. The two logos are different enough for the judge to side with Apple Computer.
