I wouldn’t be sleeping with 12 year old boys. Something pretty wrong about a 40-something year old man who seeks the company of pre-pubescent boys in their bed – regardless if “nothing” happens.

For all of you who don’t know the difference. Sharing your bed with someone doesn’t mean you had sex with him/her. OK? There’s a huge difference. Now i ain’t saying it’s right. But that doesn’t mean you can call someone a child molester. All of you bring up stuff that doesn’t prove that he slept with children. If he would have there would have been proof, which wasn’t found… You have no facts but still you judge, that shows of your disability to know facts. Facts are very different from insinuations. It’s easy to insult people and call them this or that. However if you would have any sight on the case against Michael Jackson you would talk differantly. Sleeping in the same bed with a kid isn’t right, you can’t deny that but that doesn’t make you a child molester. The man has had a though childhood and has lost some sense of reality because he doesn’t know ‘the world’ as we know it since he grew up in the spotlights. That’s what makes him sometimes take wrong decisions. But molesting a child? I don’t think so, judging by the facts in the case. The jury all acquited him because the story of the kids was just ridiculous. Some guy recently claimed he, as a 2-year old, wrote songs for MJ which he used on his albums. Yes, we’re talkin about a 2-year old. Being accused of something like childmolestation automatically puts a blame on you, because people assume kids can’t lie or can’t be manipulated by their parents for money. Sadly enough many cases have proven that to be wrong. I wouldn’t defend someone who is a childmolester, but the Jurys decision and the ‘evidence’ brought forward in this case have clearly shown that this case was nothing more but easy money for some people… BTW did you see this ‘kid’ he was accused of molesting? Personally, I think a lot of you need to seriously grow up. The fact that a lot of you just want to completely put down someone and all others who stand up to defend him is completely juvenile and cruel. It just shows what you’re willing to do to make yourself feel like the higher being.

Despite what any of you may think, Michael Jackson WAS proven innocent by a court of law. He didn’t use any money like the last time to get out of it, he fought back and he won. No one could find any substantial evidence to convict him, and the whole family that accused him was known to be a bunch of con men. That’s the bottom line. Well obviously a fair share of people in this world still appreciate Michael Jackson for his artistry, just going by the fact that his decades old hit “Thriller” has remained in the top 15 downloaded music videos on iTunes since iTunes began selling music videos – and it was in the #1-#2 spot for months on end.

As far as the allegations are concerned, in my opinion they were proven false in court. Michael Jackson was acquitted on all charges, the jurors listed point-after-point as to why they could not believe the family (perjury, similar accusations against others, change in the number of molests, change in the timeline, major changes in other parts of the story, etc.) and now the mother of the family who created these allegations is facing multiple criminal charges for allegedly defrauding the welfare system of tens of thousands of dollars and committing perjury.

There’s another on-going accusation in which the man is claiming that when he was just two years old Michael Jackson stole his hit lyrics for the Bad album and also forced him to undergo plastic surgery – while molesting him for 6, 9, or 12 years straight depending on which story of his you are to believe. I simply find that allegation amongst the other few impossible to believe.

MJ is an immensely talented entertainer. Of that there is no question.

I did notice that nobody who said MJ got the shaft answered the question about it was good idea for their 12yr old sons to sleep wit a 40-something year old man.

And BTW, there is no debate on whether MJ does sleep with boys – he even said so on a documentary.

Also, MJ was found not guilty of the charges. It does not mean he never did something bad to the kids. It means there was insufficient evidence to support the charges. Personally, I wouldn’t let any kid of mine sleep with another adult male.

Whether or not his actions were legal, they are not right for a man his age (regardless of his circumstances growing up, his fame, or his talent).

Did you even see the documentary!?!

If you watch it you’ll see that MJ NEVER admitted to sleeping with boys.
He did say he shared his bed, but made it very clear what he meant by that. He said several times that he would sleep on the floor, not in the bed.
Michael Jackson’s bedroom is split over two stories and so when he says he slept on the floor, he may not have even been on the same floor as the bed!

So, sharing a bed doesn’t necessarily mean you are in it at the same time. If I shared a car with, say, my girlfriend, it doesn’t mean I have to be in it all the time does it? It just means that sometimes I use and sometimes she uses it. It DOESN’T necessarily mean we are in it at the same time!!

Yet another example of some punk coming on her armed with stuff he or she read in the paper or saw on a tv report and acting as though it is fact. It isn’t.
