“Credit Suisse First Boston expects Apple Computer to unveil an ‘iPod shuffle capacity and functionality refresh later this summer or early fall.’ CSFB also sees Apple increasing its iPod mini capacities ‘throughout the year,'” Forbes reports. “The research firm reiterated an ‘outperform’ rating on Apple and expects ‘solid results’ when the company reports fiscal third-quarter earnings on July 13.”

The consensus estimate for Apple’s fiscal third quarter is 30.4 cents per share.
